Jen Arnold from TLC’s The Little Couple just recently broke news today about a horrible rare disease she’s diagnosed with and having to battle.
Jen and her husband both are little people (aka’ dwarfism) which is caused by a genetic condition. The couple met on a online dating site for little people.
People.com also reported that Jen is ready to undergo all types of treatment in order to get herself back to 100%.
From that looks of what’s being said, she’s definitely in high spirits and keeping up a positive energy on the outlooks of everything. She is currently going through surgery and chemotherapy however any details about the type of rare cancer she’s diagnosed with is not disclosed (yet).
The Houston-based neonatologist, 39, and her husband Bill Klein, 38, are parents to son Will, 3, whom they adopted from China, and daughter Zoey, 2, (the new addition mention early about recently brought home from India). But what should have been a time of joy and celebration for the reality stars has been bittersweet, as Arnold reveals in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE.
Jen Arnold: “I have recently been diagnosed with a rare type of cancer and am currently undergoing treatment, including surgery and chemotherapy.” Arnold says.
“I am very fortunate as the prognosis is good. While there is never a good time to get news like this, getting it just as we are building our new family is tough in many ways … But being surrounded by the love of my husband and our two beautiful children is actually in many ways giving me the strength to fight it even stronger.”
Her husband also mention a few words about Jen Arnold ‘s condition on his twitter profile.
Very sad to hear this news. This is not something anyone want’s to deal with as Jen Arnold quoted. I definitely admire her work ethics and strengths and most of all, here FIERCE fashion wear always looking her best!
Wishing The Little Couple all the best! and GET WELL SOON Jen!
